Australian Shipping
Orders are sent with tracking, and you’ll receive your tracking details by email once your order is on the way.
Please allow a short processing window before dispatch, especially during launch periods and new drops when things can get a little wild.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, weekends, public holidays and carrier delays.
International Shipping
Yep — Sea Riot ships internationally to selected countries.
Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes or import charges depending on the destination. Where applicable, these may be calculated at checkout or payable on arrival.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow it all the way home.
Check Your Address
Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, we may not be able to change the address.
If your parcel looks like it’s taking a detour, get in touch and we’ll help you work through it with the shipping provider.
Changed your mind? Wrong size? No stress.
We’re a small brand producing limited-run drops, so we don’t offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Eligible returns are issued as store credit only.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for store credit, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Free from marks, stains, odours, pet hair, sand or damage
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll issue store credit for the value of the returned item.
Original shipping charges are not included in your store credit, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Wetsuit Returns
Please fold your wetsuit carefully and avoid placing the zipper directly against the wetsuit material, as this can cause marks or creasing.
We recommend using tracked return shipping. Sea Riot cannot take responsibility for returns lost before reaching us.
Sale Items
Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind or store credit. This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
We don’t process direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, return your eligible item within 14 days and we’ll issue you with store credit once it has been received and approved.
You can then use your store credit to place a new order in the size you need, subject to availability.
Because Sea Riot drops are produced in limited quantities, we can’t guarantee another size will still be available when your return is processed.
We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering. If you’re between sizes or need a hand, reach out before you buy.
International customers: eligible returns are also issued as store credit only. Return postage, original shipping costs and any duties or taxes are not included in the credit unless required by law.

If we’ve sent you the wrong item or your product is confirmed as faulty, Sea Riot will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Where a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. Other remedies may apply for minor problems.
This faulty-item policy is separate from our change-of-mind policy.
