If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

Unworn

Unwashed

In their original condition

Returned with all original tags and packaging

We cannot accept returns on worn or damaged items unless they are faulty.

Exchanges

Need a different size?

We're happy to offer exchanges, subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

Faulty Items

If your wetsuit arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us at shopseariot@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We'll arrange a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank to process the refund.
